Some good content in here but your takedown of Jesus doesn’t make a lot of sense. First, why wouldn’t they write the gospels with not only more deference to Rome but also to strict Jews? Jesus clashes with both throughout the gospels. Second, why would Rome then violently persecute Christians for the next 400 years if they wanted to sell the religion to the Jewish minority?

You’re right. Reddit level “Jesus is an ancient psyop” don’t make much sense.

Let's hope the spell is undone. Great romp. Most all the Boomers I know, even those who believe they are hip to the lies, fell for the JFK fake assassination, the Beatles John McCartney switcheroo after his car crash, and going to the Moon with Neil Armstrong, and still fall for it.

Right now, I am in Rishikesh, and all this drug talk brought to mind the Beatles being here for a TM course. Most could not handle the eight hours a day of meditation. The Maharishi asked those in the Hall how many hours they’d meditated the previous week. Prudence said, “40 hours” and the Maharishi smiled and stopped asking as no one else was close.

The fake John left after two weeks. Ringo left when his can of beans ran out.

Lennon and Harrison almost completed the course, but at about 10 weeks, on April 12th. Cynthia Lennon wrote (John, 2005) about Lennon being manipulated around accusations by a business friend who Lennon called the Greek Freak. The saga is shrouded in mystery, misdirection, and mistakes. It ended with Lennon leading the group into a stare down with the Maharishi:

‘We’re leaving.’

‘Why?’ Hee-hee, all that shit.

‘Well if you’re so cosmic, you’ll know why.’

‘I don’t know why, you must tell me.’

I just kept saying, ‘You know why’

He gave me a look like, ‘I’ll kill you, bastard.’

The gig was up. The Maharishi was pissed and instructed for none of the Indians to cooperate in the two and their entourage leaving. Not just the ashram, but all of Rishikesh was turned off. As quickly as it was turned on, their godhead was turned off.

The Greek Freak was left to a friend to arrange for a couple of Taxis to arrive from Delhi. Lennon and Harrison waited with their bags for the ‘taxi that never seemed to come,’ so John started venting out a composition with Harrison changing the title because it was outrageous (Harrison changed the title from Maharishi to Sexy Sadie):

‘Maharishi, what have you done?

you broke the rules…

you’ll get yours yet…’

Was this projection? Yes. What exactly happened and why are there so many interpretations of it? They usually involve some sort of pass that the Maharishi made toward Mia Farrow, but even she denied it ever happened later.

Did Lennon give up drugs in Rishikesh? He was known to carry vials of LSD, and even sent back a friend to collect his stash when he was abroad in India before, when he had forgotten his stash. The group's denunciation of drugs in favor of TM and received widespread media attention. The Maharishi who promised them happiness and enlightenment without drugs.

Deepak Chopra later claimed that the guru Maharishi was disappointed with The Beatles members because they continued doing drugs while at the ashram, which was against his principles. Drugs, like marijuana? No, there is no potent weed in Rishikesh. The Beatles did LSD at the TM Ashram. The ‘Greek Freak’ as John called was publicly against drugs, but was a sham, a cover. John refers to him as “being paranoid” when they left, about there being “black magic” to make them stay forever. The India-is-groovy moment began around 1966 and tailed off in 1973.

Interesting story. My wife and I were in Rishikesh in1992 during 3 months of traveling in India. It was like landing on another planet at the time. I know Paul was switched out, but would like to know more about 'Fake John', but wouldn't be surprised about it. Cheers
