Does that mean that nuts and peanuts are out even if they don’t have added seed oils? And beans too?

Nuts, peanuts and beans are seeds. Best to stick to organic cold-pressed and unrefined coconut oil (high in MCT’s) and butter. Any refining damages the oils making them toxic.

I avoid all processed food and seed oils using coconuts and coconut oil instead. I know it’s stupid but I had never thought of the oil contained in the actual nuts and seeds and I eat lots of nuts seeds and beans. So you are saying that this is just as bad as using seed oils ?

I can power a diesel motor on cooking oil and we found it had horse power gains.

Beans and rice will often keep you alive, as the Cubans found out during decades of embargo. They form a complete protein in the absence of better protein sources.
